EASIER RETURNS
I am trying to return this computer, it's the second I have tried, but both seem to have a drive missing and I can't get the keyboards and mouse's to work. I have printed off the return label for one but I can't access the site to print off the other label. It gives me a QR code to scan, but no instructions how to do that. HELP.

Do not buy!
I knew this computer was not going to be the best quality, but it was purchased in February ran very unstably until May, working out to a cost of £100.00 per month. Not good value for money!Amazon cannot replace it so I now have to return it and wait three weeks to get my money back!!!
