One Hundred 80 Degrees values our retail customers and strives to create partnerships that highlight our products and protect our brand in the marketplace. To ensure this goal One Hundred 80 degrees is unilaterally instituting the following policies. Retailers must have a brick-and-mortar store, a booth within a larger storefront location or an active website with shopping cart (URL must be owned by the retailer). Products cannot be offered for resale through any third-party marketplaces such as , Etsy, eBay, Google Shopping, Sears, Newegg, Rakuten, and Wal-Mart or any other third-party page, internet auction or sales site. Products cannot be sold at second hand and/or thrift store businesses. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by the company. One Hundred 80 degrees requires and an active mailing address, phone number and email address for all retailers. All items will be subject to MAP (minimum advertised price) pricing. The MAP price for 2021 will be 2.2 times the wholesale price of the item. MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices and retailers may offer items at any price in excess of MAP. The company may choose to discontinue its business relationship with retailers that do not follow this policy. The Glitterville brand continues to grow and gain national recognition. The company strives to maintain the integrity of the brand and manage the distribution of the product. As of January 2021, retailers new to the Glitterville line must be approved by the company in coordination with the retailer’s local independent sales representative.we do not allow our items sold to thrift or second hand retail businesses
