Q: this take the weight of a 12in glass disco ball?

Hello If you take a look in the lttle video of my review and estimate the weight of the wind spinner, the copper spiral and the two plastic balls, than I am pretty shure the FONMY will take the weight of a 12 inch disco ball. Also the torque was enough to spin the arrangement also with near empty batteries.

Q: Is there any way to slow down the rotation? I'm using it for a disco ball.

perhaps by adding more weight to it

Q: I ordered this and it did not come with the remote battery. Can you send?

Unfortunately it doesn't come with a battery for the remote, but you can buy button batteries at most home improvement stores and grocery stores

Q: We have installed batteries in both the unit and remote but it does not turn on. Before I send this unit back could you tell us what to check

You need to try different combinations between the two. First turn both to off (pressing remote off). Turn on the white part then try turning it off with the remote and vice-versa if that doesn't work. Sometimes the remote doesn't turn the unit off until I press the remote on and then off. I finally got mine to sync but it does take some tinkering. Good luck
