Adjustable kings bell vs this one for home use for 150lbs hs wrestler and 47 year old fit dad, confused with so many choices?

If you are just starting, I would recommend this 16kg bell and purchase the book " Kettlebell Simple and Sinister" by Pavel Tsatsouline. Tremendous program for either a HS wrestler or a fit dad. Search YouTube for "StrongFirst Swing" and "StrongFirst Getup". Proper form is important with these things. When you think your form, strength and endurance are up to par (at least a couple of months, probably more), think about a 24kg bell.
