Terbinafine is the best
I have sweaty feet. It's just the way it is. Summer, I wear flip-flops or go barefoot whenever possible and have no issues, but in the winter when I always have shoes on, I've had repeated bouts with athlete's foot. I've tried pretty much every type of OTC cream and spray available, and Terbinafine is the only active ingredient that has cleared up my athlete's foot with only a couple of applications, not even necessarily on consecutive days. The other types work too, if you put it on twice a day for 2 weeks, but Terbinafine has been much more effective for me. It's a bit pricier than other types, buying generics like this definitely helps some, but it's worth it. And I end up using a lot less of it, so in the long run it probably winds up being cheaper.

Topical treatment for symptoms, but does not heal completely.
Used for jock itch - alleviates (itching) symptoms briefly (a few days), but does not heal the fungus permanently. Good price and product for what it does.

Finally got rid of my ear fungal infection
I know this is only for athlete's foot, but that's a fungal infection, and I had one in my ear. I had been treating it with Lotrimin AF, but it would keep it under control, but never knocked it out. This stuff knocked it out, but also irritated my ears, so I can't use it long term. But, it did its job, short term, so I'm good.

I always had the bad habit of picking the skin off my foot
WOW!!!!!!!!!! I have been struggling with athletes foot on only one of my feet for so long (YEARS!!!) that I just accepted it as part of my life. I always had the bad habit of picking the skin off my foot...that's how bad it was. My wife always got mad at me because there was skin on the couch. Sounds gross but it just became a bad habit. I used this stuff regularly for 2 or 3 weeks and my foot is healed. It has been months since I stopped using it and sometimes I forget which foot it was on. Spend the money and buy it.

Needs to be rubbed on
Unlike spray or powers, the cream need to be rubbed on. That can be a chore to do once or twice a day. Even so, it works just as well and is a lot cheaper than the name brand.

Does the job for way less!
I've used this stuff to keep athlete's foot away for years, and (despite the manufacturer's CYA claims) even to reverse the spread of nail fungus. Both of my big toenails had separated from the nailbeds and peeled back almost to the base, and just by putting this stuff on morning and night, I've gradually regrown them. They're about 95% fungus-free now.I'm not sure why they don't feel comfortable making this claim on the packaging, but a doc told me to try it and it sure worked.I have used both brand-name Lamisil and the Equate version, and there is absolutely no difference in effectiveness. The only difference is you can get a full ounce of Equate for less than the price of 12g (about 0.4oz) of the brand name. Buy with confidence.

Finally. Something that Works.
Have ongoing issues with fungal skin infections due to a medication that I take to control symptoms of MS. For two years I've been looking for something over-the-counter that works, and this product has been the most effective that I've tried since this started. Terbinafine is a bit hard to find at this price, so I'm very happy it's available at Amazon. I'm a repeat customer for as long as it is carried - or until I stop having issues with fungal infections! It really works for me.
