I first tried 1 scoop with 8 oz water the night before and was still hungry. So the next morning I tried 2 scoops (240 calories) with 16 oz whole milk (300 calories) Had 1 Santa Fe whole grain tortilla (100 calories) with 2 tbsps JIF peanut butter (190 calories) on it with only half the drink. Total calories with half of the drink and tortilla was 560. Had this around 5:30 am. It's after 1 pm and I feel good-not hangry.

So I'm not sure why so many people are saying the taste is so great. Being completely honest it's a 5 or 6 out of 10 in my opinion. I am glad I only bought the 2 lbs I just don't find it very good as far as taste.
