Can you use this under makeup?

I use it everyday over my rosacea medication and under my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer and have no issues.

Difference between "rich texture" and "mve delivery technology"? What is the difference between the packaging? And which one will i get upon purchase?

I don’t know what mve delivery means in your question. CereVe is very hydrating to the skin as it absorbs well and the ceramide’s work with the skin to repair. This is a small travel tube of the cream but it’s sold in a tub with or without pump. Maybe your question was for another product? This is a body or hand cream for hydration.

Not that I can see. I use all the CeraVe products and don't believe there is an expiration on any of them.
