Will this work with a day 1 ps4? My ps4 currently is still working cause I babied it, but there have been times when it powers on, beeps, then clicks.

Your problem is the power button itself. Day 1’s power button just barely touches the rubber stopper right below it and when it swells up sometimes the power button is activated. Happened to mine for a while, about two years of me unplugging it after playing or going to sleep i found out about it and just opened it up and shaved the some of the rubber from where it connects inside and it hasn’t happened to this dayand still running as strong as ever. Best console I’ve ever purchased.

How do i know if i have a 4 pin or 5 pin system?

you have to take it out of the unit I used you tube to take it apart then you will know for sure

Will replacing the power supply fix my ps4s blod?

It might fix it have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the hard drive.
