I previously owned and used one of these cameras. I purchased these 2 in hopes of adding to the first. Enclosed directions are poor at the very best. First call to support was a 17 min wait on hold. Finally got tech with poor English skills, 2 hours and 18 minutes of frustration and failure. even the first camera which had been useful is not on line. Very poor supportI would not recommend this company, although I did after purchasing and using the first camera for 2 years. I now have 3 useless cameras

Slowly but surely replacing my security cam system, Ive tried several units from different sellers and Amcrest always works well for me. Even a renewed cam is still going strong 2 years after install. Very happy with their products

This camera system is amazing. I check other systems costco offered and other big names like lorex cannot compete. Ring, arlo, blink and other wireless systems are junk compared to this. The only trade off is this system does not have sound but there is no video sputter or lag at 4k. Full 30fps other cameras only do 7fps or 15 for way more money.

Took control ND SET ME UP AND EXPLAINED how to set up th camera and use phone app. Excellent customer service. Thanks

Having proper expectations is the key to understanding security cameras. Positioning the lens to optimize it's use, and being able to eliminate motion detection sections of the security sector is provided with this platform. Simply put, good bang for the buck.
