This is a great book, which well worth a try if you love Indian cooking. It's also a good intro to vegetarian cooking and gives you tasty options!Recipes are very inspiring and taste amazing! What more can you ask... You also get to learn how to make curries from scratch, through doing - which is pretty fun.If you're doing the blood sugar diet the lentil and bean recipes need adjusting, but the rest of the book is compatible. In particular the paneer and egg based recipes are bang on. I'd just add cauliflower rice to accompany the main dish.Love it!

Great book to have in the kitchen. So much more fulfilling then ordering a takeaway.My favourite has to be the Saag Paneer!
