When I started using this product a few years ago my cholesterol was 160. It’s not bad but over the last few years it kept creeping up. I decided to do something about it before it hit 200. The last two years I’ve gone from 160 to 133 and I have done nothing else. No dieting, no increase in exercise. The dr said just keep doing what I have been doing. I believe the omega 3’s have helped me lower my cholesterol. I take one in the morning and one after dinner. I will use this product probably the rest of my life or until the dr wants me to stop.

I like this because it has more Omega 3(anti inflammatory) than Omega 6 (pro inflammatory) than those "krill" pills or whatever else random crap quality. No Mercury, no heavy metals. My joints feel better, my hair is nicer, my skin is good, and I don't get sick as often. I have taken this for 3 years and love this product. It's changed my life.This definitely has a fish burp quality, so I take it before bed so I'm not tasting fish burp all day. The recommended serving is three large size pills once daily. They do some like fish a bit.

I have been suffering from knee pain for over 25 years due to a car accident. It escalated more when my second knee was injured in another car accident (neither my fault). I was unable to get up from a sitting position or bend down without severe pain. A co worker suggested I take Omega for pain from her own experience of it working on her elbow pain. I purchased from this company since I trust it and WOW!!! After just 2 days of taking this, I saw a MAJOR difference. I have no pain on my knees when bending or getting up from a sitting position.I take 3 per day. I have noticed that it works better for me to take all 3 pills with my 1st meal of the day. I will have no pain the rest of the day. It does seem to wear off very late at night so I need to work on what dosage will work best for me. I have also noticed that with time the effects seem to be lasting longer. It has been about a month so I am hoping with time the effects will last for more than 24 hours.They are NOT hard to swallow at all. I don't know if it is the gel covering or what because other medication and supplements I take that are much smaller I have difficulty swallowing at times.I highly recommend them for SURE!!!
