Excellent cleaner not polish
Similar to other wadding cleaners but this works better in side by side comparison. Gives noticeably cleaner cymbal surface so nice touch up don’t expect it to put a brilliant shine on older cymbals.

Holy-Moly!
I have 60’s & 70’s era Zildjian cymbals that I use for jazz. I have used all kinds of products - Groove Juice, Brasso, Barkeeper’s Friend, etc. with varying degrees of success. Personally, I think the vintage cymbal metals need something different. The older cymbals have grooves like a record and aren’t the smoother hammered metals used today. Buckaroo cleaned out the grooves like nothing I’ve used before and my 60’s Zildjians look like they just came from the factory.

You could waste an entire can on one cymbal if
This stuff works! Be sure to use in a well ventilated area. The oils used to remove the oxidation and dirt from your cymbals has a petroleum type odor. Wear latex gloves to avoid skin exposure and black hands. Each piece of cloth you use will turn black rapidly. You could waste an entire can on one cymbal if, you think the only way to clean the cymbal, is to wait until the oil soaked cloth never turns black! Use a 2"x 2" piece at a time and use both sides of each piece. After a few scrubs with about 4 pieces or so, going in the direction of the grooves around the entire surface, wipe the surface with a clean soft cloth. Use ANOTHER clean soft cloth to remove the black oily haze you'll still find present on the cymbal surface. Under this haze, is the most brilliant shine you ever saw in your life. Wear sunglasses! Follow up with a good car wax to help extend the life of the shine and reduce finger print oils. Wipe cymbals after each use and re-apply wax coating as necessary. Always remember to use clean cloths. That's the main key, ALWAYS rub with clean cloths. Enjoy your cymbals again! Happy drumming!

Didn't know how to use it properly.
You can see the before/after. The cymbal was in a precarious condition so that's probably why I had such a hard time. I used the entire bin on that single cymbal most likely due to my lack of experience and understanding of the product. (I couldn't even finish it off)The results were amazing.I would suggest to apply the product and wipe it off with a CLEAN towel immediately (or any sort of clean cloth -you'll need a lot-) and then repeat for every single portion to get best results and optimize the bin.

My favorite cymbal cleaner
This stuff smells along the lines of diesel fuel but works so darn good, will take off logos.

Use Tips
Wipe it on generously, get it ALL black...then rub hand soap all over and wash it under warm water. You could spend a lifetime and use every towel on the planet wiping - you'll never get all the black crap off, you just move it around. You have to wash it off and then dry thoroughly.2 cents, YMMV
