Shampoo Moisturizing with Argan Oil

I tried this shampoo after purchasing Jean Michele's Hair Mask (which was AMAZING beyond belief, by the way!) The shampoo does not disappoint! Just as the label states, it left my hair feeling soft and shiny without feeling weighed down or oily.I especially like the fact that the shampoo is sulfate and paraben free. When I received the bottle I have to admit to being a little concerned because many of the ingredients sound quite similar to sodium laurel sulfate. For example, "sodium lauryl sulfoacetate" is listed on the bottle as the second ingredient. However, I did some quick research online and learned that while similar in name, sodium lauryl sulfoacetate is derived from coconut and palm oils and is 100% natural. When I went further and researched other ingredients, I found the same thing: scary names but really gentle ingredients more often than not derived from plants or naturally occurring things like amino acids found in the human body.Long story short: I'm really happy to have been given this shampoo courtesy of Jean Michele. I like a product that works well AND is free of harsh chemicals. It's a win-win! This review and opinions are honest and all my own

This is one of the best shampoo and moisturizing formulas I've used.I had heard about Argan Oil from friends who told me that it would help with my dry scalp, so I thought I'd give it a try.I'm pleased with the wonderful result.

It leaves your hair soft and shiny!

I ordered this shampoo as a sample for review and evaluation and I love it! I have long, straight, very fine hair. After I blow it dry it looks dried out towards the ends in spite of having it cut recently. I have been using argan oil on my skin and really like it. I have tried using it in my hair and like that as well but it can be easy to get too much so I don't do it as often as I would like. I love that the shampoo contains this oil and that it is sulfate and paraben free. It smells really good too! It reminds me of a citrus smell almost like orange sherbet, it's light and not overpowering. I would say the lather is light to medium which seems common in products that are more natural. I am very impressed that my hair does look much softer and not so dried out. It feels softer and it does have more shine. I am very happy with this and will continue to use it. For me there is no downside to the shampoo it's been great!

This formula smells really nice, it isn't over powering and doesn't have that salon scent that a lot of repairing shampoos carry. The creamy shampoo produces a generous lather. One of the things I love about this shampoo is that it locks its soft scent into my hair! A day or so after washing, my hair still feels smooth and smells amazing. I have thick, sometimes frizzy blonde hair. This Argan Oil formula moisturizes very well and eliminates those pesky fly aways. I use this often with the Jean Michele hair mask to make my hair even softer! My hair looks and feels better after using this moisture sealing formula.*Shampoo received for testing.
