Last year I replaced the screen protector on my phone with this item. It fit perfectly, was easy to install, and didn't result in air pockets between it and the screen.Fast forward to this month and I have ordered two of these and both were faulty. First, they are a bit too large for the screen this time, even though I have the same phone as last year. They also produce a lot of air pockets, probably due to the poor fit.Last year I would have given this item 5 stars, but this year is a completely different situation.

The item would have been of good quality had it fit my 2017 J3 but it hung off screen but also the actual lil protectors were broken one was at the top corner the other cracked across but had it fit the one lil corner would have been great but unfortunately it did not but reached out to seller and was able to very easily get amazon and to get refund for product came quickly and customer service was good now had they not been broken and fit I would have been set!

Go to the screen "About Phone" to verify this. If it says "Samsung Galaxy J3 2017" you are good to go with this. If it says "Samsung Galaxy J3" do not order this. Other than this, be careful how you line up the "cutouts" in this screen protector for the mic, camera, and home button. Make sure they clear. That is it!

As soon as I was peeling off the film on the screen protector, it literally shattered on that whole edge (the top, ear piece and front facing camera, part of the phone). I was devastated due to the fact that now I only have ONE MORE PROTECTOR LEFT and I would be very sad if it broke too! Thankfully, it did not break... Not yet.

I have the J327A, which is listed on this product, and while yes it fits on the screen, it does not cover the entire surface. It still does the job, so I'm not really frustrated, and because I use a thicker phone case, it makes up for most of the extra space that isn't covered. I wouldn't use it without a case though..

The cover is very good quality, but the cut outs are not specific to the Samsung SM-J327AZ. The bottom of the cover has one long cut out with pointy tips that should wrap around something...one the Samsung SM-J327AZ there is a button in the center...the cover does not wrap around the button to give a sealed look.

It came very quickly. Was easy to install. The only thing I disliked was it is very shinney and has alot of glare outside, unlike my old one that was not as shinney. I will get use to it as long as it protects my screen.

Received phone shields. When I went to install one was broken right down the middle. The other one had something on the phone side that prevented all bubble from being removed. Product is good when not broken or has a no foreign particle on the phone side.
