The instructions are not very clear but their customer support is pretty awesome. I emailed them to locate the mounting plate and for clarification on the inaccuracies in this listing. They responded within 24 hours with clear instructions and a solution regarding the inaccuracies.The 300lb model does not have the following features (they are apparently only available on the 600lb and 1200lb models):- Selectable Re-locking Timer 5.10, 15.25 Sec- Built in EXIT Push Switch- Door Open Timer Buzzer Monitoring- Hall Effect Sensor Monitoring Output- Anti Residual Magnetism Kick Off ButtonI will note that the product I received looks exactly like what is pictured, came with everything in the photos and appears to be well made.

These do heat up if they are left constantly on at their max voltage. Overall works as expected
