These are a lifesaver
After trying and failing to dye my own chocolate, I broke down and got these. My client loves the color, and even though these are more expensive than the plain white chocolate, they are so worth it because not only do they save you tons of time, but the color is consistent every single time. I highly recommend!

Melting fail
Used my chocolate melting pot and these wafers would not melt smoothly. I threw the batch out and went with a better quality melting wafer and that turned out beautifully. So it wasn’t the method that was wrong. This just isn’t very good quality melting chocolate.
