Do not buy Aleko Saunas!
The Aleko Sauna is a poorly run company. The Saunas seem inexpensive, but the true cost is about $1,000 more. They also have terrible customer service, and nobody at the company seems to know anything. They don't give correct answers about electrical needs, plus the manual is not the best. They will tell you that all you need are two non-professionals, and half a day to put together. We needed 3 professionals for a half a day, including one professional electrician. Their shipping department is completely disorganized, and getting the product becomes a nightmare. Getting people on the phone to help can take hours, and they will tell you they are going to do something, but they don't follow through. Getting a refund after we had to cancel one of the saunas we ordered took weeks, plus several phone calls, and once you have been speaking with a customer service agent, and feel you are getting somewhere, they invariably leave the company, so you must start from the beginning again!
