How long does each application last and can I brush with it in?

If I put it in correctly it can last a week or more depending on how much I'm using that tooth to eat with. You can brush, however be very gentle. I will often take the corner of a washcloth and deal with that tooth. If you can find this locally in a store (walmart has it usually) it's better to get it that way as I believe it's fresher. This company truly needs to put some kind of exp date on their products. It's a great product but there can always be improvements.
