This is a genuine product. The capsules are not too large and fine to swallow for me. I take one to two capsules a while before sleeping. It helps me relax and sleep better. I haven't had any negative or side effects. The capsules are green and smell like green tea.

WOW what a difference these made
WOW. First time trying these and wow did I notice a difference right away. My mind has just been constant noise, thoughts and overthinking, I've been stressing too much about what ifs or what happened my anxiety was really skyrocketing. Decided to give these a try and right after about an hour my mind was at ease. I still had those thoughts but I wasn't stressing about anything. It was like all those thoughts started floating around me without bugging me. I will buy again once I'm out. They're easy to swallow, you can't really taste it even though they do smell like green tea.
