What is the average caloric count on these?

These average about 300 calories per entree. Individual entrees may range from 240 to 350 calories, depending on the meals in your case.

Just recieved my order and wanted to know when the meal was made? The sticker on the box says "New".

If your meals are in cardboard sleeves, the date code will be printed on the foil pouch (mine have red print). Mine have two lines of print and the date is either the first or second code on the left. It should be a 4 digit code, mine says 6029 which means the 29th day of 2016. I consider that to be "new" and should be good for 5 years or more stored at under 80 °F.
