We can't get the pump to work. Was depressed when we purchased it and are turning it in the direction of the arrow but it does not rise. Any ideas?

I just had this problem 1 minute ago. What worked for me was making sure my hands were dry and tractable, then twisting the entire pump CLOSED by twisting the base of the blue pump. This was to make sure that the base did not rotate along with the top part of the pump, which was what I was unknowingly doing before. THEN I held the bottom part (the base) with one hand, while twisting the top counter-clockwise with the other hand. You should feel some resistance, and it should pop up with a few turns.

It contains petrolatum and propylene glycol (both are petroleum derivitives) so definitely NOT non-comedogenic.

Can you use it on your face?

Yes. I use all their products on my 3 month old. His main area where his atopic dermatitis is, is his face.

Is this lotion white on your face?

No, it is very lite and moisturizeing, it doesn’t leaves any white residue, leaves you skin feeling soft.
