We had our basement flooded back in February. I purchased this to treat the carpet to prevent any mold from starting to grow. Well, I never got around to using it in time, then fast forward to August and it flooded again! This time, it soaked everything. So once we got everything pulled out, we treated the floor and walls with the product and let it dry. It killed EVERYTHING! No more mold and mildew stink, no more stains, and no more spiders either lol! It doesn't leave a stain, it is easy to apply, it doesn't stink up the house, and it works. I highly recommend this product if you are dealing with mold and mildew issues. It comes ready to use and there is no having to mix it first.

My shower surround was invaded by what I thought was “pink mold” along the seam between the wall and floor. The stuff was impervious to the daily shower spray I faithfully apply and no amount of wiping and rinsing had any effect. A bit of Internet research taught me that what I thought was mold was really bacteria with a long Latin scientific name. The remedy I read online involved concocting various solutions of household substances like baking powder and vinegar and doing a lot of tedious scrubbing and rinsing and more scrubbing and more rinsing then following up with a “biocide.” It occurred to me that maybe the mixing, scrubbing and rinsing could be skipped right over with just an application of the right biocide. A brief tour of the biocides available on Amazon led me to BioCide. It arrived in short order. I sprayed it all along the bacteria-plagued seam and waited the prescribed three minutes, then wiped the area with a clean, dry cloth, as directed. HOLY COW! The pink stuff was completely GONE. GONE! I could hardly believe my eyes. It’s been three days and there’s been no re-growth, though, trust me, I will keep BioCide handy in case the stuff returns. I may even apply it weekly as a preventive measure. It’s hard to think of a similarly reasonably priced product that has done so much for me in such a short time.

I’ve battled mold in my air-conditioning unit area for 20 years. It recently began to spread to the bathroom wall next to the unit. I tried bleach and vinegar to no avail. It always came back in a few months. I bought this Biocide Mold and Mildew Stain Remover as a last resort. I didn’t want to re-paint the wall with mold inhibiting paint. I bought a large spray bottle, filled it with this product and began spraying the moldy walls. The first spraying diminished the mold greatly. I waited a few days, spayed again and scrubbed the area with a strong, stiff plastic scrub brush, then wiped the walls with a wet cloth. It did the job! I did buy and use a sponge mop for the air-conditioning unit area walls as it’s in close quarters. I turned the unit off. I sprayed the first day, then sprayed and cleaned the walls with the wet sponge mop the second day, rinsing the mop often. I was pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this product for mold problems, especially here in the humid South.

Had some interior water damage in AZ last year's floods. Even after renting the big vent fans, there was mold damage near the exterior wall in one room. The Biocide got rid of it. It smells more strongly of bleach than Clorox, so left faint light streaks in the carpet. I did not care, since this is a computer room. Glad to get rid of the mold.

Excellent product

One of the BEST 2 products I have EVER SEEN, or HEARD OF for mold!!! As memory serves... they make the other one too! I formerly worked for "ServePro" and Owned a Building Restoration Company on the West Coast from San Diego to Vancouver, BC. If the project wasn't at least 80 years old, I invited prospective clients to find another company. Mold remediation is a HazMat situation. Don't cut corners, buy the right masks, disposable clean suits, follow instructions exactly. They must say on the box "mold", fine particulate, etc. Please take care of YOU! I wish these products had been developed 30 + years ago! If I were younger, I'd try to get a job with them in Marketing. They're just that AWESOME!

I am not able to clearly tell how well this product cleans, but I will say that it did work very well at freshening the air.

5 stars because it’s not the sellers fault. I tried to use this to rid mold and it was useless. I did a ton of research. So many claimed this is the stuff. Didn’t do a thing. Looked up a home remedy and voila mold was gone. Maybe it will work for you. Worthless for me.
