Love these
I love these cubes. They are my secret ingredient in a lot of recipes and soups. They add just the right amount of flavor. And I like them because I have bad reactions to various commercial products that contain spices. But these are all natural and give me no problems at all. I don't know how a vegan project can imitate beef bouillon, but somehow they do it!

Hands Down Best Bouillon on the Market
I've been using this for over five years now and just started ordering from Amazon. I use them for a variety of dishes and find that ordering the 12 count is really economical, because it lasts for months! We are eating a lower sodium diet and this works perfectly because I can accurately measure how much sodium is going into the food and you get way more taste for the sodium content than if you just used salt or another bouilion. Can't say enough good things about the ingredient. I just hope the company stays true to its formula and doesn't change it or compromise the quality.

This is absolutely great stuff. I will buy it again and again. It is vegetarian so I use it all the time, for my meat-eating as well as vegetarian family. Very very tasty.

Best ever
Best bouillion ever. No clog (hydro oils), far lower sodium than most, far FAR more flavor than most, made from real, boiled-down veggies, the same way your mom used to make it with the gory turkey neck (shudder).Only con's price, but we use this stuff in everything (try adding it to pasta or potato water-mmmmm), so its attributes add up.

Meh. Better to use mushroom broth for a rich, vegetarian French onion soup.
