In my experience preemie sized clothes always fit PERFECT on a full term newborn weighing an average amount. Onesie and pants fit great on a newborn weighing 6lb 13oz! Hat doesn’t fit (well it’s really tiny so I didn’t try it on my newborn) shirt fits okay just a little tight and short

This little set is super cute and fits my daughter's (ancient!) Bitty Baby Twin Boy almost perfectly...it's a teeny bit long, but much better than a constantly -naked baby doll and cheaper than AG clothes!
