Good quality/ missing 1 piece
2nd update: the company satisfactorily fixed my issue. Amazing company to work with!I like the size of the pieces for 1000 piece puzzle. They are not real tiny. I also like the pictures they offerUpdate: There was 1 piece missing. I am 100% sure that it wasn't lost because of where we put it together and it's only 2 of us in the house. Anything we can do? I love the puzzle and don't want a new one as it is completely put together. I really would like that missing piece. Besides that, it was a good challenging puzzle and I will be buying more.

Teen boy loved it! Huge puzzle! Pieces are odd shaped and engaging! Difficult but not terrible hard to do. Absolutely loved this piece, it's big enough to showcase framed on our garage wall!

Pretty puzzle but…
We always buy Springbox puzzles because of the pieces being bigger and easier to handle, and we’ve never had a problem before but this one the puzzle was different than the picture on the box and one piece was missing and the puzzle was a little hard to get the pieces to fit together

Very impressive jigsaw puzzle! Extreme detail and color. NO MISSING PIECES!!!
I have never used this brand of puzzle before - but this has been the best quality that I have ever purchased. NO missing or damaged pieces! There is practically NOTHING more irritating than constantly trying to find an important piece to your puzzle, completing the puzzle then discovering that the lost piece is still at the factory somewhere!! The interlock ability of the die cut pieces is great - the design of the die cuts make each piece only compatible with the exact location where it is meant to be.

Great colors and fun pieces
This is a quality puzzle. It was interesting to put together because some of the pieces are very odd shapes. The color was brilliant and it looked terrific when it was completed. Also, there were not any large areas of the same colors like some puzzles. The colors of the cars vary and provide some challenge but it's not frustrating like some puzzles I've put together.

Very poor quality puzzle
This is a very poor quality puzzle. The pieces are made of very cheap cardboard making the pieces very hard to connect together - The cut of the pieces is also very bad - I do not recommend springbox puzzles. This will be the last time for me.

Pieces need trimming to fit properly
I like it but feel the production of them need to find a way to make the cuts cleaner for invisible connection

The cut was poorly made so the pieces had schredded edges and did not fit well, I had to return it.
