Great Option for Pistols Without a Picatinny Rail

Great solution for adding a rail to G43
I am very satisfied with this product. Shipped fast, installation is very simple and quick. As others have said, you will need to find a holster that includes space for a light. I made my own, but I did find holsters for sale that included the g43, this rail, and the olight PL mini. I modified my item to fit my needs. PROS: -Adds a sturdy rail when properly installed. -Have shot 300+ rounds with no issues or malfunctions. -Gun light stays secure to rail, rail stays secure to gun. -companies are making holsters for this rail and commonly mounted lights. CONS: -Adds thickness to the G43. -with the PL mini 2, the switch is much lower than other gun lights I've used. Not unusable, but its a reach if you use a stacked thumbs grip. After some practice I feel proficient at turning the light on and off. This is my experience and solution for adding this rail and a olight PL mini 2 to my g43. The pl mini 2 will stick out farther than the barrel, which I did not like. I took off material on the adapter and trigger guard, as well as the pl mini 2 in order to get a flush fit. I also shaved down the extra material on the sides for a smoother feel and less thickness. Once I got that done, I made a kydex holster for it and now it is my daily CC.
