I bought this for my hydro flask that I put water in. The one that came with my hydro flask has since been thrown out due to dropping bottle many times and flip up piece was damaged. This new lid fits perfect. One slight drawback is you need two hands to pop open the lid. It’s extremely tight and I cannot seem to open with one hand while driving.

The first time I ordered this lid, I was sent a completely wrong item. However, the company was good about setting up the return and the second time I received the right item. It is a HydroFlask lid and fits perfectly, as it should. The HydroFlasks are not leakproof, so that's not the fault of the lid, but a design flaw by the manufacturer. I am happy with what I received.

I was trying to find an original replacement flip-cap for my 10-year old HydroFlask coffee container. This one looks like the original, but it is far from it. There are sharp edges around the fluid hole that, when the flip-top is closed, cut into the rubber stopper. Doing this often will surely destroy the stopper in no time at all. Secondly, the cap that I received, doesn’t snap shut like the original. It actually doesn’t snap at all, if you try to close it, the rubber stopper just sits in the fluid hole and can easily just lift up. Basically, the lid doesn’t seal well at all. I wound up returning it and then bought an original HydroFlask twist-sip lid. It’s not exactly what I wanted, but it works and seals perfectly, for about $2.50 more than this knock-off.

I don’t know much about my coffee mug - I’ve had it for years, it’s very likely a Hydroflask, and it’s somewhere around 20 oz with straight double walls. No bottle shape, just s normal stainless steel cylinder. The outside diameter of the original lid is around 2 5/8” and the mug mouth is about 2.25”. This lid worked great to replace the original which broke when it hit the floor hard and would. I longer stay closed. Little to no leakage and an affordable replacement, real happy I don’t have to buy a new mug.

I purchased extra item Dropped first one. Must burp hot drink first which is fine. When taking a drink, leaks and no matter how slow I take a sip liquid comes out to fast all at once. The 2nd lid I purchased doesn’t snap closed

I bought this to replace the lid with a straw on a Stringberry water bottle. It fits perfectly, seems water tight. I have been putting it in the dishwasher with no problem. Cost almost as much as the bottle . . .

When I first opened the package I was slightly concerned with the closure of the lid. It didn't have much of a positive click. Just kind of a mushy feel. So under the pressure of a hot liquid, I was not very confident. After giving it a go for a few days it hasn't leaked once. So all in all it's a good quality aftermarket lid.

These replacement hydro flask type wide mouth lids fit my existing flasks very well, but they lock down very very tight, so much so that it takes two hands to pry topper off to be able to drink from the flask. I purchased these for back up and to replace a few other screw on lids that came with my 32 oz wide mouth hydro flask because they didn't have an opening to drink from, you had to remove the entire lid, which isn't convenient. Neither is using two hands to pry open the topper to drink. I love everything about hydro flask, and have been nothing but impressed with their products but these "replacement" lids are not quite what I hoped for. Oh yeah, definitely leak proof. Easy enough to clean, but difficult to open to actually drink from them.
