Need to get used to purple color!

I LOVE this shampoo! It has kept my hair icy blonde for years without drying it out like other purple shampoos can. I have hard water and this shampoo lathers so nicely! The smell is a nice melon scent.

I have been using this shampoo for years. My hair, which is now grey mixed with beige and blonde, is long and wavy. The Soma shampoo leaves it shining and beautiful.

***UPDATE***Used multiple times and so far it has not turned my hair purple so that's good. And the smell is like candy. Only two positives in my opinion. In comparison to Clairol's purple shampoo this leaves my (long) hair very tangled!! In comparison to any shampoo I use really. I have to use a lot of conditioner after using this. I do not feel like its moisturizing like it says "moisture rich" and "promotes luster"...not at all in my opinion.Last time i had my hair done my stylist used this on me, I had to have it! I just got it and I've used it once so far so I can't say how it does for long term use. Other reviewers had mentioned it turned their hair purple, I have really blond hair & as recommended in directions left it on while I finished my shower prior to conditioning it. It DID NOT turn my hair purple even with my hair being so light & leaving it to soak. It smells like candy smells so good!! Only negative so far (compared to other purple shampoos I've used) is it was more tangled than other shampoos have left my hair prior to conditioning. Other benefits I like about this is it's vegan, and it's sulfate,paraben & alcohol free. Definitely recommend this!

This is a great product. I have WHITE hair and use this about 1x every two weeks. I use it when I am seeing some "yellow" or "brassy" color to my hair, often after being out in the sun. It does a great job to remove that yellow color and brightens up my white. Do not expect it to suds up a ton. A little goes a long way and your bottle will last a long time. I originally got from my hairdresser as SOMA products are products she uses. She was unable to obtain more and I was worried but so glad I found it here on Amazon !!! Do not leave on too long or use too many days in a row as it will turn your hair purple.

This is the fourth shampoo for gray hair I have tried. I like this one the best, but...it turned my gray hair lavender. I only wash my hair every other day. Love the low suds, it leaves my hair soft, shiny and manageable. But lavender locks is not the look I am going for. Back to my search.

This is a great toning shampoo. It also makes my hair super soft, I could probably get away without using conditioner.

I have used other less expensive blonde/silver shampoos and they left my hair feeling crunchy. My hairdresser uses all the Soma products and I purchased this shampoo from her and absolutely loved it but it was expensive there. I found it on Amazon at a fraction of the price. This shampoo makes my hair feel silky and smooth and I don't even need to use conditioner. I strongly recommend this product!
