Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation (Light Novel) Vol. 2

Writing feels unfiltered and raw, very good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the writing of this volume. While it was nice to see the difference between the anime. The epilogue with Roxy absolutely stunned me, I had to take a break as the writing gave me a flashback of returning home to Panama City after hurricane Michael. I had high hopes for this series from the anime but they're even higher now.

Great series. Always recommend to friends to the anime and novels.

Rudy is growing up, and in order to claim the future he wants, he is forced to work under a spoiled brat and a master swordsman in the Capital. But except for that premise, it's pretty much the first volume, in terms of characterization, plot, and great artstyle. We get to see a little more of the calculating side of Rudy, or more specifically, of who Rudy used to be, and who he is now fast becoming. It's great to have not only character development, but also in how he interacts with his own youth in the form of Eris, his student and employer. Unlike Rudy, Eris really is a child, and her transformation into a young women through the tutelage of Rudy is quite charming. The only reason I can't give this volume 5 stars is because in the last third or so of the novel, Eris becomes pretty sexualized to Rudy; yeah, I get that he's like 40 years old mentally, but when the novel keeps mentioning the ages of these two characters, 10 and 12 by the end, it's incredibly disturbing that everyone seems to be okay with it. Thankfully, Rudy snaps out of it, but just be warned.

The book arrived safely and the continued story of the Greyrat family adds to the masterpiece.

Such a good series can’t wait for volume 3.

More wholesome approach. Its a breath of fresh air for those that loved adventure and action. Adults fantasy. Before watching the anime or reading the manga, try the light novel

I really like how this series sets everything up in preparation for the story taking off. Great set up for the story to come! Highly recommended for any light novel fans.

Este volumen esta muy interesante y como va desarrollándose el personaje. Te presenta ante nuevos personajes que poco a poco vas queriendo, se ve el vinculo que se va formando entre ellos y su crecimiento . Me gustaría que estuviera en español, se ingles, la asistencia y diccionario son muy bueno pero también quisiera volverlo a leer en español para verificar que capte la idea completa.
