Finicky and buggy
This is a very finicky product that is rigid and buttons do not always work. Their advertising is great but the product should not be more than $20. The software is very buggy and it does not always work either. I got a refund on it

Great product design it held my huawei mat 20 pro but the lag and response times did my head in, i decided to send it back.
