I have a small bathroom and no counter space around the sink, which is why I wanted this smaller model. I first used it before using my regular, waxed dental floss. I wanted to see if it missed any debris that my floss would be able to get. I really couldn't tell if it was just a little wax from the floss or food particle on the floss where I saw a little clump. So, the next time, I flossed with my regular waxed flossed, brushed, and then filled the machine's tank. It made my mouth feel so fresh and clean. What has really sold me on this product is one night I went through the same routine (regular floss, brush, and then water floss machine). I couldn't believe it when I saw a piece or two of "cherry skin" from eating cherry vanilla ice cream fall into the sink. It must have been high up under the center part of the gum line. I never would have known it was there. I keep it on the pulsating button. It feels so good (like a mouth massage). It charges quickly and you don't have to charge after each use. You can do your whole set of teeth (tops and bottoms, also from the outside in and then the inside outwards) on one little tank of water. You can easily refill the tank, but I don't have to because I am not using it as my "sole" means of flossing. I love the way I know it's getting up under the gum line in the very front and back of each tooth, where my regular floss does the sides and more of a "U" shape. This machine guarantees that anything hiding that the toothbrush didn't grab from under the front or back gum line, is removed. I love it and I go to bed knowing that my mouth is as clean as it can be. I hardly have any tarter build up when I go to my bi-yearly cleanings because I was raised to be a flosser, but I'll be very curious to see what my hygienist has to say in regard to there being less build up. I love my dentist, but the less time in that chair for me, the better! I think purchasers of this product will be very pleased. Cathy D

strangest contraption I've ever seen.No info booklet included - spent long time trying to decipher tiny symbols on product. Thin-stream pic broke off at base =unusable for my teeth cleaning needs. Doesn't seem to work while plugged into AC and this plug is obscured by a tint piece of flex plastic which must be pulled out to insert AC. The electric connections seem designed to be in direct line with H2O drip areas. Hole at bottom of oversized water container base (slippery for hand) is barely plugged and, design-wise unnecessary as base is removable at its top after a slippery struggle.You may quote me - Jane Vavra Jolly

I had a large family size that took up a lot of sink space. After a few years on that one; I decided to go more compact. Also, I was the only regular user. I have found that I like this portable one better. There is more of the overall clean feeling at the end, there is less to clean, and it does not take up much space.

i used it 3 days now every night and it is perfect i can clean all my teeth in just one tank water and no need to refill water.thank you and i hope it will stay perfect for long time

This flosser works as it should and feels well made. The good size 300ml tank is just the right size to do a thorough job on one fill. A little rubber stopper covers the power port so you can use it in the shower. One small thing to watch is to make sure you tilt the unit so the water pickup tube inside the tank stays under water as the tank gets near empty.

My dental hygienist recommended I use a cordless water pick. This is a great mechanism to do so. It holds charge well for over a week so I can keep it in my gym bag. The only negative is that the pulse strength is powerful so get ready.

I love that this is rechargeable, and lasts for quite awhile. I wish the water container was a little bigger but over all this is a great, portable device.

Minus one star because the reservoir is a little too small to complete the entire mouth. It may be due to clumsy operator error though. Well constructed. The bottom removes for easy filling and helps with portability.
