I used this medicine for six months. I followed all instructions but this medicine did not work on me. I think it only works when you are at initial stage of piles i.e. fissures. I had both piles fissures and during operation doctor found out I had started having fistula. You can not remove skin tags by any medicine as its a abnormal development of muscles. Operation is only permanent cure for advanced stages of piles. So I will advice use this only for fissures.

Good product for pain relief

I suffered from huge lump of external piles 3 months ago, i did d course of manulexa churna,livcon n pymol for 50 days m like a miracle d piles got cured but of late from last 10 days a small external piles have reoccuredvin d same place. I m worried,I hv ordered pymol livcon n manulexa churna n taking it but reoccurring of d same thing hv put me on confusion about the effectiveness of these medicines...dat to reoccurring after stoping d 3 medications.

Very effective medicine I started it 15 days ago and get good results even you can go for it.
