Good product but eats batteries
We're using it as an easy way to talk to our young granddaughter while she's inside doing her homework and we're outside doing yardwork. They have decent range and the sound is clear. Her side stays plugged in and ours uses batteries. The only drawback we have found is the parent device uses a lot of batteries so we'll be purchasing rechargeable batteries once we run out of disposable ones.

Defective maybe
I read another review about possibly receiving a defective item and I think I'm in the same boat because these were absolute trash. I was excited to use them because I couldn't find any that were both battery operated (as opposed to parent being battery op but baby's needing to be plugged in), but within a week it disconnected and when I would try to resync them the parent monitor would just SCREACH so loud. I'd turn off then turn on and the loud noise would return. I have too much else going on to hassle with it so I just threw them away. Merp.

Works!
It should be WAY easier to find a good baby monitor that works like these. Camping/traveling is a big deal! How do you step away from the trailer if you cannot hear the baby? Or if you’re at a friends house, can we just step out and chat with old friends while the baby sleeps? We are so glad this product works. It’s not flawless, and it does eat batteries but it’s worth it!

Useful
I like because I use for my baby girl when she Goin to sleep. She stays in the bathroom y I can go outside in the yard and listening everything. I recommend.

Works, but sometimes can't hear
I work from home. So I'll set this up while my kids are in the living room watching TV and I'm working on the other room. I can hear if they need me and it works! They like to walk up to it and talk into it. BUT sometimes it I will hear the TV but it's broken up sound... even though it's still on. Or same with my kids if they're talking I'll hear parts of it but not all of it.

Eats batteries! Only last 3 months!
The monitor for the kids room uses batteries like crazy. In just about 3 weeks, we have already had to change the batteries twice. The monitor is only on for a few hours in the morning, so I would hate to see how many batteries it uses if the monitor was on all night! I ordered this June 21st and it stopped working September 20th.

No static! Quiet and can hear clearly!
Love these monitors. Last purchase had so much static it kept me awake! This allows for sleep but is quite good at picking up sounds w/o static. I’m very pleased w/quality of this product!

Plugged & no power
The actual quality is good. However with a brand new set of AAA batteries, it won’t last an 8 hour night. If Baby one goes off first then the parent one screeched. So I ordered chargeable AAA since there’s a USB DC charger. Well. It’s either the batteries or the unit because the USB charging cable, doesn’t charge the unit. So I’m at a loss. I’ll be sending this set back.
