Bad shopping experience! The product is rubbish，It burned my hair, cheap plastic! ! !

I was really surprised with this 2 in 1, when I first got it I had to try it but couldn't get it work to get those curls everyone was talking about. I knew I was going something wrong so I decided to give it another try after watching a few more videos and finally I got it, the trick it to turn as you go! Absolutely love it! Heats up really fast and does really well for the price I paid!

For those if you who are wondering, this hair tool does work! I had to watch several online videos before I got the hang of how to use it, and am happy with the performance and how it curls my hair. The trick to using this to curl is not to clamp down too hard. I have thick straight highlighted hair, and my hair doesn't hold curl very well unless I use high heat. For my hair, the 2nd to the highest setting on this tool, which is 200°C, works for my hair, and it stays curled for about 2 days. I have used this for several days now, with heat protectant, and my hair isn't "fried" for lack of a better term.As for the tool itself, the handle is a high heat resistant plastic which houses the curling/straightening plates. It looks cheaply made due to the plastic being so obvious it is plastic. Kind of disappointing. The cord swivels, and is about 6 feet long.The instructions on how to use this tool are not very helpful and very vague. It is best to find youtube videos on how to use it.I am giving this hair tool 4 stars because although it delivered, the housing/packaging needs to be improved. The main reason I bought this hair tool was because I didn't want to spend a couple hundred bucks on a similar hair tool that looked really well made, and I am happy with how this tool works on my hair.It am happy with how it performs, not sure how long it will last, but you get what you pay for, and on me it works.

Haven't quite figured out how to do the Spiral curl yet

Very cheaply made. Did not work to curl my hair at all, instead made my hair very frizzy. Worked as a straightener, but again my hair was frizzy from use.

There isn't anything your regular flat iron can't do that this does. Don't waste your money. Doesn't do what advertisement says it does.
