Great book - service was slow in delivery

Price condition and speed posted very good will buy again.

Fantastic book. I couldn't stop reading it.

From the outset let me say that the photo's are wonderful.My problem, especially as it purports to be written as author by Steve McCurry is that either it has been written by a third party or Steve McCurry has written about himself in the third person. It reads not so much as a critique as a hagiography.It gives little technical information about things like equipment and composition and making a living in adversity (interesting to most photographers) and would be better described as a travelogue.

Arrived today not in great condition. I thought it was new. It had a strike of ink in all the pages. Not very happy with that at all.

Love the book! There's so much information about the background of the shoots and I love how it summarizes the large projects. You can really see the development and risks he took in being the photographer he wanted to be.

Uma obra excelente sobre um grande fotógrafo. Permite conhecer o processo que leva à concretização das grandes reportagens fotográficas do nosso tempo e a história nos bastidores de fotos icónicas.

Das Buch ist sehr hochwertig gedruckt und zeigt eindrücklich auf, was hinter den Fotos von Steve Mccurry steckt. Neben Fotos sieht man auch Tagebucheinträge und diverse Dokumente. Diese können in diesem Format leider nur mit der Lupe gelesen werden (dafür ist das Grossformat deutlich teurer). So oder so sehr lesenswert für alle Fotografie-Interessierten!
