I love this product my friend put me on it. It has everything I need. I got the topical punch one and honestly one scoop is enough for me. The taste is great too! It tastes like fruit punch. This truly is worth your money. It mixes decently, could be better since it does clump at the bottom a lot. It kicks in about 20-30 mins without eating before hand and with food 45 mins. I get super jittery if I have two scoops. The itchiness isn’t too bad it’s actually tame and manageable even with two scoops.

Typically have to change preworkout every few months, or take a break and come back to them for them to stay effective, but I’ve been using this one for over a year to consistent results, great pumps, and I haven’t gotten bored of it once. The taste is good for a preworkout, it dissolves well, you get a lot of the supplement for your money. I highly recommend this one!

Most people probably look at the price of this product and move on to cheaper options... and that's a big mistake. Every other preworkout I've ever taken (and there are many) makes bold label claims about having creatine, arginine, citrulline, beta alanine... you name it. If you do your homework, all of those products have only trace (i.e. completely ineffective) amounts of the ingredients that they tout on the label... except this one. Pump Fuel properly doses creatine, citrulline, arginine, and beta alanine. I know this because they tell you the amounts on the bottle; they aren't hidden in a proprietary blend! Additionally, Kre-Alkalyn (or buffered creatine monohydrate) is the best, most proven type of creatine that exists. This brings me back to price... if you buy another preworkout and add bulk creatine, citrulline, arginine, and beta alanine (which I used to do), the cost of all that would far exceed the price of this product. I know because I used to do it. The flavors are all pretty good, but my favorites are Strawberry Slam, Tropical Orange Mango, Cherry Bombsicle, and Island Punch (Medium Stim). Speaking of stims, I also like that they have 3 dosing options: full stim (325mg caffeine), medium stim (200mg), and no stim. I use them differently; I take the full stim variant on upper body days, the medium stim variant on lower body days when having a higher heart rate is less comfortable, and the zero stim variant on non-training days to maintain my creatine load, etc. As long as this product exists in its current state of quality, I can't justify ever using anything else.

A great pre-workout drink. I have tried others and they get me to jittery. Don’t get me wrong this product has kick. The ingredients is labeled where is a lot of ingredients are not with other products.

Love Love this product. Was recommended by a friend so tried it. I feel stronger in the gym and can lift heavier now. It taste great and it doesn’t give me the jitters like other products. Keep in my mind. U have to start out using a little at a time. I started with 1/4 cup then 1 wk later used 1/2 cup, then 1 wk later used 3/4 cup then 1 wk later the whole amount. Perfect.

This is very good and I may be a buyer again just because of the flavor. Thanks again!

Gets the blood flowing

I have this setup for a subscription for the Island punch flavor because it’s the one flavor my husband said he liked the most. The past 2 times we have received our subscription we have gotten different flavors. The most recent one was tropical orange mango and the time before that he got pink lemonade. I wish we would get the flavor ordered. The product itself is great that’s why we subscribe.
