It helps to improve your HB count and general health condition
I was severe anemic when i referred this product by my physician. On continuous use of Xerfer for 90 days helped me to regain my health. My saviour!!!
It's light on my stomach unlike other iron tablets that give me constipation!!! My haemoglobin levels have increased. Energy levels are good🙏

It's fine .... But causes loose motion
This tablets don't suit for all body types. I have noticed when ever I had this capsule next day or evn the same day I have bowel problems. The day I skip it I'm absolutely fine. It may not work for all. Hope someone finds this review helpful. Thanks. I still have 4 strips left imma quit using it.
