Does this have discreet shipping? I have read reviews of them not being discreet and I get my mail in a public place and they read the labels.

If you request it we will ship discreet and cover all labels/writing.

When do you have to change?

That depends on how much you leak. I usually use one per day.

Can this be used for accidents of any kind

Our Depend products are designed for those with urinary incontinence. While some also use our products for bowel incontinence, we cannot guarantee the performance of the underwear for that purpose. We hope this helps. Thanks!
