Green Tea, easy to take, great antioxidant!
I love this! I used to take the 2 pills twice a day, but since I'm retired and don't have the stress of a hectic job, I'm good with one or two. I actually find this helpful if I start getting a migraine; nips it in the bud! It's a good antioxidant. I never have side effects although when I have taken 2 twice a day, I definitely needed to make sure I take it or I could get a migraine; I'd wean off if your likely to get used to that caffeine.Can't say it was a miracle weight loss pill, but did help my energy level.
