Product listed as "very good" with little highlight/writing. Product came in the opposite: There are sections with little highlight/writing but overall too much dark orange highlight and writing all over the book to warrant calling it "very good" and charging a "very good" price for it. Should've just bought it as new.

Not a huge deal, but I ordered "Used-Very Good" and the sticker on the book I received says "Used-Acceptable," (a lower grade by Amazon's standards). There is significant highlighting which I was hoping to avoid, but it's not a dealbreaker.

The book had no outside flaws, no tearing or missing pages. The inside was a MESS. The book was completely highlighted, written in and pretty much not able to be read in some parts.

i regret taking this course immensely.

I recently discovered that there are 49 pages missing from the textbook. Pages 643-690 are missing. It does not look like the pages were ever included in the textbook, as if it was printed defectively. Please advise.

This book was classified as new so I was under the assumption that I was going to get the access code for the additional digital resource "casebook plus" but I didn't receive anything.
