What are the measurements?

I can’t give you exact measurements but I can say its bigger than the picture and all around a great product. It’s just what you need. This is my 2nd go round and 2nd bbl pillow.Its great .Im actually using it now.

Will this fit in an airplane seat?

I think it should, I didn’t have to use it on a plane.

Am I the only one who can’t figure out how to balance on this thing? I’m 5’3” and 125 lbs and this thing is too tall and stiff

What is the weight limit for this bbl pillow

Not sure. I fell down the steps and bruised my tail bone. My doctor advised me try this due my job. My weight then was about 230.
