Good for those who want to be more fit
Nice clear complete instruction but i think its for those who are already somewhat active. For those who are sluggish, you need to at least get used to 30 minutes brisk walking for most days in a week before taking the recommended exercise regime in this book. Include recommendation on what to eat and how much you should eat during the plan.

Great starter fitness book
Great starter fitness book. Full of great idea and tips. Personally I found the workouts to be of varied lengths so I had to adapt this sometimes to fit in with lunchtimes at the gym

It works
This is the best book I have ever bought. The programme works and as a result I was in great shape for my wedding.You do need to have access to gym equipment to follow the programme. You also have to be dedicated to get the best results, it does involve doing lots of exercise.

great workout
I really like the workout,easy to follow,it gives you the right spirit to exercise.the diet it is not for me, I tried but I just didn't like it.It is a really good book I would recommend it.

Challenging workouts with variety thrown in to reduce chance of boredom. You will see your body transform as your muscles grow. Calorie advice and menu plan included which is great because let's face it losing weight is mostly about diet! Exercise section in the back which clearly describes how to perform each exercise.
