Save a surplus power supply

Generally, people are discouraged from opening switching power supplies, but a fan is an obvious candidate for replacement if it is not moving much if any air. The fan is not that powerful. I have another fan with identical specs which spin higher and blows harder.

It didn't work. At all.
It didn't work. At all. It took us forever just to get it in there because of overly complicated wiring inside the tower, and we finally get it all set up, and nothing happens. To be fair, it could be something wrong with the pc itself, but that remains to be seen. For now, the fan just doesn't work.

Not as powerful as I had hoped. Probably would work fine for a computer rack due to it's being quiet. I needed more speed for my automotive application.
