This MCT oil is really good quality and easy to incorporate into daily use. It’s smooth and blends well into drinks or food without separating too badly. It’s unflavored, so it doesn’t mess with the taste of whatever you add it to, which I really like. You can tell there’s a slight difference in consistency, especially if you’re someone like me who pays attention to texture, but it’s not unpleasant or overpowering. The only issue I had was with the cap, which feels a bit faulty and can break easily, but that doesn’t affect the actual quality of the oil itself. For the price, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a reliable MCT oil
