YAMOO Lactase Chewable Tablets | Health Supplement | 4,500 FCC Units Lactase per Tablet | Helps in Digestion of Lactose | Mixed Fruit Flavour | Vegetarian | For Ages 5+ | 1 x 10 Tablets

So it turns out at 30 yrs old I find out I'm lactose intolerant. I guess I always thought it was a possibility, but wasn't willing to give up Indian foods which are rich in dairy. This stopped my stomach upsets that occur immediately after I ingest milk products and stomach ache.Pros:It tastes pretty goodIt works immediately (take before or with food)Its easy to carry around individual tablets in purse/wallet when you go out due to the packagingCons:It's not as high units as other foreign brands (this is 4500 Fcc units, US brans are double - 9000 Fcc units), so you ned up needing more. I take 1 tablet before coffee with milk in the morning. 1 tablet if only small quantity of milk product (small bowl dahi, little bit of paneer sabzi), but will have to take 2 with heavy products (paneer tikka, cheeses, plain milk, whey protein). So its not as cost effective as I had hoped (costs me anywhere from Rs 19 - 57 per day), but I guess thats what you get for having lactose intolerance and still loving milk products.

I've been lactose intolerant for a good 7 years now and occasionally this tablet has helped me indulge in my favourite dairy products. The aim was never to overuse the tablet, but to limit it to only when the cravings hit hard or oblige to friends & family on certain occasions. I've used these sparingly over a span of 4 months. So far no side effects, but I assume that happens when any product is overused.I do consume, butter, ghee frequently and occasionally a little curd. The 'definite no's' are - Highly rich dairy products made with milk, paneer, cream, cheese. If you need an eg. a 120ml of lassi/a homemade pizza with Amul cheese/ a slice of cake would need 1 pill - but again this is as per my personal tolerance.Overall a good indian product to opt for.

I bought these before a visit to the UK, and tried them while having ice cream! I have been moderately lactose intolerant for ten yrs. They worked really well. I also tried the Boots UK lactase enzyme, thinking they might be even better- but, I had some bloating. Also, the Boots ones need to be taken half hour BEFORE having dairy, which is really inconvenient- many times you don't know when you'll be having dairy. So Yamoo, which you have WITH dairy, is very convenient, also. I now always carry a strip with me. And am loving having icecream again:)

Of all the Lactase Enzyme Supplement products available online, this one beats all others hands down. It gives you the desired result effectively with less money. If you suffer from lactose intolerance, and are looking for a good supplement, go for this. You may need to take one or two tablets depends on how bad your intolerance is.I would suggest the users take any non-dairy eatables like biscuits low in sugar and high in fiber or any other snacks before taking the supplement.

I was a bit skeptical at first I should by any Lactose tablets or not as this was my first time. After going through reviews I bought 2 strips of this product and my my it works pretty well. Before this I couldn't even enjoy a small cup of latte but when I ate almost 3 tablets and went out all gun blazing for the biggest latte in Starbucks history 😁 I enjoyed my coffee after several years without the worry of feeling bloated etc. I felt almost 5% bloated as compared to 100% but that's what it is as natural system works better then any man made thing. It's a bit on costly side and if one eats dairy products daily then he/she may have to had atleast 7-8 strips in a month.

I am mildly allergic to concentrated milk products (i.e. Payasam, etc) only & not to milk in general. So far I have tried it twice with a very concentrated milk Payasam (the way Bengalis make it; really rich) & it has worked both times. Satisfied with the product + Great Value for Money if you compare with the likes of Lactaid.

This medicine did not give me relief. This is my personal experience. It may have given relief to some others who have taken the medicine, but it did not give me relief.

I can't imagine it worked . I can't tell you how much i love milk products but i started hating all stuff made up of milk . I use to see all thoses delites as poison . I started hating sweets . But recently i found of this lactase tablets and my mum insisted to try once . Though i was not sure about it . But i eventually did .and guess what it did work . I mean it' just saved my life . Guys go for it . And it's flavour reminds me of boomer ( chewing gum ) . Kind of nostalgic taste .
