Outstanding: form fits function.
The weight savings is insignificant, but comfort and look are far better. The fitting was clearly perfect. Don’t save a bit of money to get a knockoff or something less than perfect for your Panigale. I am adding the pictures of before, with the two parts, and the final product.Note: I am a customer; not a seller of this or anything else. To remove doubt and save you, my fellow Panigale riders time, I am also adding a picture from the official Ducati part configuration tool. Superb Build Quality
I got these for my Streetfighter V4S because I'm blacking out the bike. The carbon fiber is superb (flawless) and they look great. However, I had to send them back because they won't fit on my aftermarket rear sets (my bad). :o/ But great quality product.

Doesn't scuff like the OEM aluminum guards
The carbon ones don't scuff like the OEM guards and are a direct fit replacement.
