are these womens gloves

I'm no expert on gloves, but I do know a lot about women. These gloves are definitely a unisex fit. Enjoy, my friend. Bert Hull

is the grip on the thump good

The grip on the thumb, index, & middle finger is very tacky.

Do these gloves shrink after washing?

My gloves have not shrunk yet. I wash with warm water and mild soap in the sink and air dry them. I did not run them through the washer and dryer.
