Lovely mild flavour.

There is no specific blend of garam masala. Every company has their own formulation. And everybody has their own preferences, like I didn't like this but someone may like.I don't like this tata garam masala. I am not commenting on its purity (it's fresh and pure i believe) but it is the blend of spices in this masala I am not contended with.For me garam masala should have distinct hot, rich, tangy scent and flavour that you should be able to get hot inside your nose just by smelling raw powder and this product seems bland and just not garam enough if I am able to make readers understand. Everest, catch, sunrise are all good and deliver to that expectation more or less but this tata product is a total disappointment.👍Apart from that excellent packaging. The strategy to make separate pouches of 20g (20g pouch x 5 =100g) is awesome and hope all companies follow that trend. By this the masala tend to retain its freshness for long.The outer box has detailed list of ingredients and overall presentation was first class.👍The product was freshly packaged before I got it.👍FSSAI registration is a plus definitely.
