Loma Curvature Curvy Crème 8.45 Ounce

I have been using this product for years. I have naturally curly hair and spent years trying everything available to enhance curls and minimize frizz since I live in a very humid climate. THIS IS SO PERFECT. Does exactly what I want and the best part is ONLY NEED TO PUT THIS ON MY OUT OF THE SHOWER TOWEL DRIED HAIR AND NO OTHER PRODUCTS ARE REQUIRED!!!! A little goes a long way. I can let it dry naturally with this product and my hair look amazing. Blow drying with a diffuser and this product gives me a bit of a different look ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRODUCT FOR YOU CURYLY HAIR PEEPS THAT LOVE THE CURL BUT NOT THE FRIZZ!!!

I am recently venturing back into the curly hair life after years of straightening almost daily. After getting a DevaCut, I wasn't thrilled with the products they used (DevaCurl) because I felt they dried out my hair and didn't give it the "curl" I was looking for. I had this tube in my bathroom from years back, so I decided to give it another shot. I have to say, this is the only product that makes me hair feel soft, moisturized, AND gives me the curl and volume I want. Routine: I co-wash my hair with Tresemme Botanique Nourish and Replenish conditioner. After rinsing, I run my fingers through my hair from end to root upside down in the shower to get out any tangles. I then apply a slightly smaller than a half-dollar amount of Loma Curvy Creme to my hair by scrunching (still upside down). You want to hear that squishy sound. After, I take an old t-shirt and scrunch again to get out the excess moisture. Then I air dry (typically takes about an hour and a half for me) and finally, scrunch out the crunch. I'm left with soft, moisturized curls that last at least 2 days if I sleep in a pineapple! I couldn't recommend this product enough! (For reference, I've attached pictures. The one in my sunglasses is me with this product right before my DevaCut, the other is this product a day after my DevaCut. Both are fine, but obviously, the quality of the cut DOES matter too!)

I always wore my hair blow dried in a straight style. This product is a game changer. I thought I had mostly straight hair but not so, it is actually wavy with the Loma curvy crème. My hair looks shiny and the look lasts several days. My hair feels very healthy and clean. I do have thick hair and this product accentuates the thickness. I towel dry my hair to remove most of the moisture before applying the crème. I then either dry with a diffuser or let it air dry. I now have waves without a perm. Awesome product.

I use Curvy Creme from Loma as a conditioner, defrizzer and curl enhancer on a regular basis. As I am a style and go person I do find it can be quite crunchy feeling since it's not blow dried. The hold is great at first, the creme seems to last for around 2-3 days, even tho I do use a satin pillowcase. The scent is very light. For the size of the container and the amount I use (just about a tablespoon) I think the price is right as the large blue container lasts me months. I have gray hair and this product really makes the gray hair shine!

I have tried A LOT of curly hair products, curl creams in particular, and this is still my favorite. While this product does get some hate for leaving crunch, I have found that once my hair has properly air-dried or been diffused, I can use my hands/oil to break up the crunch a bit and then I am left with soft, bouncy, frizz-free curls. I love how this product has a firm hold but feels light and gives my hair bounce/volume as opposed to weighing it down. I also have found that my second or third-day hair is the most defined with this product even without reapplication. I think it is perfect for someone with thick, medium-curly hair that is prone to frizz. My only complaint is that the product itself is sticky when applying.

This product is wonderful!! My daughter has long curly red hair and it is thick and grows quickly. It was hard to find products that worked and didn’t weigh your hair down or look greasy!! Plus we were spending tons of money on moose (which was the best thing we found and trust me I have tried every curly hair products out there) and it was ridiculous. So I found this product and thought the price was amazing and I thought I would give it a try!! So HAPPY 😀 that I did. Seriously, this works and it smells great and it leaves her hair feeling lighter. And the best part is that I only have to buy this product 3 times a year!! (Not 3 times a month like I had been with the moose)!! I can’t say enough good things about this other than you won’t be disappointed, it’s truly a great product!! 💜😀 and I get it next day delivery, company is great to purchase from as well!!

I use to buy this at the salon. I am so happy. It takes a very small amount of, dime size. Rub between hands, scrunch on wet hair to bring curls out. It works for me.

This isn’t a story of implied changes based on perception. Honestly, I like when there are rebranding/aesthetic updates. What I do NOT like are changes to a product’s quality AND increase in prices. The consistency doesn’t feel the same as it did when the packaging was green. Previously, it felt like a thick, creamy moisturizer/de-frizzer with equal parts medium hold gel and texturizing pomade. It had more flexibility, hold, and shine after the cast is broken on the curls. Now it feels like predominantly water, gel, & a smidge of moisturizer. I have to use more and subsequently when I break the cast on my curls they aren’t as shiny, do not hold their shape, and become frizzy when I use the same method I’ve always used to “fluff” the curls. It doesn’t feel like the same formula and definitely not as effective. I understand all companies of products are likely also feeling the hurt of global goings-on. But honestly, I would rather pay for a smaller quantity of a high quality product if it meant it would continue to be available. I can’t emphasize enough how valuable it is to finally find a product that meets the specialized needs of curly hair. Then to have the formula change because of profit margins is a kick to the shins. For the price of Loma Curvy Cream, I could buy and blend 3 different products (anti-frizz serum, gel, & texturizing pomade), have a better quality product than the current Loma CC, & more quantity. Do better, Loma.

Smells great but leaves hair a bit crunchy

This product is my new fave. It doesn’t leave me crunchy, just soft frizz-free curls. I’m very fearful this will discontinue now that it has my heart..

I'm not one for putting product in my hair and this creme is so easy! I suspect that those who gave bad reviews may have put it in their hair when it was too wet or too dry. The amount of compliments I receive after using this product is incredible. I would definitely recommend this product (and have been!)

This is some of my absolute favourite curl product. Easy on my my sensitive scalp; beautiful and soft curl definition.
