Original and replacement both failed
This model initialized to WiFi once but then needed to be reset and would never again behave as required/described in the installation instructions. A replacement unit was shipped which had the same problems; I'm done, got my money back, moving on to a different product / manufacturer.

Out of the box with fogged lens.
It came with condensation and stayed foggy for the first two days and then finally cleared up only to totally fail after one rain storm. It also had to be rebooted a few times where it was no longer on the network. It comes with no instructions other than how to get it on your network. Nothing about how to use the features so I had to figure it out. You can save locations and then call them up by assigned number however that's a waste of time. After a few different times switching around views the camera is off of its mark. Auto zoom wants to work but in rain, forget it. Overall this camera is a Chinese knockoff and even the paperwork is in broken english. It's not built to last even though it looks nice out of the box. Spend more and get a lot more. Avoid this camera. It's also no longer working after temperatures recently got down to 15 degrees even though it's rated for lower temps. This camera is not going to last outside.

Super Buggy
As I type, the cam is unplugged and sending me motion alarm notifications to the app.The app is terrible. It would be so easy to fix. The wording is all in that funny Chinese non-sense english which we are all used to. It's 140$ camera, just spend $100 on an english speaker to re-write your terrible instructions.We've been using multiple cams from many companies for a decade. I wanted a longer night vision this time.You have to manually focus the lens through the app which has a delay and so is difficult. Manual focus would be fine except in the morning I see the cam has unfocused itself.When the app is closed, the camera shuts itself off and no longer registers motion.Until you hook it to your own ftp or dvr, motion is not saved in the cloud or on your app viewing device.It's heavy metal for some reason (pretend quality because it's heavy?).When you put the SD card in you notice there is no seal. It just needs a piece of rubber. Water will get into this and soak your card if it's outside.

No dead Angle monitoring, the image is very clear.
This camera surprised me. First of all, it's made of metal, not plastic. Secondly, it can monitor 360 degrees without any dead Angle. The image is then very clear and two-way speech is possible. Finally, what I want to say is that. The antenna is so fragile that I accidentally broke it, because the antenna must be plastic, and the camera is metal, which has a feeling of top-heavy, so it's easy to break it, but this is my personal problem, I don't pay attention to it. I quickly bought a separate antenna on amazon. Anyway, I need to remind buyers to be careful with the antennas. Overall, it's very satisfying. It's really worth it. This camera is the best camera I've ever bought, and it's the best quality. The only downside is why doesn't this advanced camera come with a MicroSD card? I need to buy it myself, and if it comes with a MicroSD card, it will be perfect. It will save me a lot of time.

It has some major issues
This product has many flaws and I wish I’d bought a different camera. It cannot discern rain from “motion” and just spills out alarm after alarm which is pretty useless for knowing when someone is there. It’s not just rain either... a large bug can trigger an alarm. There are settings for sensitivity in the app, zero information about this or any other setting. Anyways, I’ve maxed out the sensitivity in both directions and zero change in false alarms.The camera does pan, tilt, zoom, but it takes so long it is also useless other than setting a static view. Again, zero documentation.Does it work? Not as advertised. I’d look elsewhere. Shame because it is solidly built. The sensors, controls, app are a challenge regarding any real info... very lame attempt.

Not a good one
I have to agree with some of single star reviews: This camera which appears to be a good unit does not work well. Connection via wifi is sporadic at best. Controlling software fails most of the time: does not connect, and when it connects to your tablet/phone/windows pc pictures froze most of the time and then the camera is disconnected. Now, after more than six months, it appears to be out of order. The hardware part seems to be ok but the connection part (to your screen) does not. I will try to connect it using ethernet cable to see if it will work. I cannot recommend this unit at this time. I hope the company fix their software problems which seriously is failing terribly.

If your looking for a camera look no further.
This is a great camera for the price. It has a all metal housing, not plastic. Build quality appears very good. Installation was easy. The operation of this camera is exceptional. Pan and tilt, Night vision, zooms, autofocus. The video quality is fantastic as are the still shots. I would recommend. If you have any question they are very responsive.

Cannot use for security, only for casual viewing
I have two different cameras from this company and they both suffer the same infuriating issue.Once motion is detected, the camera begins breaking up the video files into random length segments, usually missing between one and three seconds between each file. In most cases, a 60 second incident will be saved in eight to twelve separate files with gaps between each one. Their tech support has been worthless in addressing this. The footage could never be used for security/enforcement purposes because of the lack of continuity.The only good thing about these cameras is the optical zoom.
